The project will establish two very important transnational reflection seminars along its implementation. The reflection seminars will bring together the professionals involved in the project’s NEET youth prevention experimentation in the practice partner countries. Along the Open the Doors project the professionals – teachers, youth workers, pedagogues and social educators – working with NEET prevention will be strongly challenged and will need to capacity build, competence develop and be inspired and motivated by the project community. This will partly happen through the project’s support to and interaction with the local activities, but the most powerful driver of changed practice will be the collective reflections seminars, each offering the NEET prevention professionals 5 days of immersion and intensive transnational dialogues and interaction. .
